Open Door Medical Ministries (ODMM) was incorporated in 1998 as a non-profit corporation. Guided by an active board of directors in the Minneapolis metropolitan area, ODMM provides administrative, financial and spiritual support for the Open Door Medical Foundation of Romania. The board consists of business leaders, clergy, and other directors and board members of Christian organizations and churches.
