ANSWERED PRAYERS

1. Praise that in the last month much work has been completed on the clinic!
2. Praise that we finally received our 1st quarter, 2001, TVA refund!
3. Praise for God's continued provision for the clinic project's financial needs!
4. Praise that there have been no injuries or other problems during the work of the last month, and that we have excellent guards for the building now.
5. Praise that the fence is done and most of the sealer stain has been applied, and all the trees that were taken down are now gone!
6. Praise that our names appeared in the Monitorul Oficial--the next to the last step of receiving Romanian citizenship!
7. Praise for continued good health, safety and unity!

1. That the remainder of the work will be finished promptly, including finishing the electrical work, testing the heating system, replacing the hallway doors, putting in the sidewalks around the building, etc.
2. That we will have no problem getting the donated computers through customs.
3. For God to continue to lead people to donate to our clinic project. Donations toward the clinic are best given to Open Door Medical Ministries, C/O Clifford Olson, 9210 Science Center Drive, New Hope, MN 55428. For donations to our Work Fund, Support Fund, Travel Fund and Personal Gift Fund, they still should go to World Mission Prayer League, 232 Clifton Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55403, specifying to which fund you wish to give. (WMPL prefers not to duplicate the work of ODMM.)
4. For continued protection of the clinic against theft or damage.
5. For us to have the time and energy to be able to do the rest of the work, with the help of our friends. Also, for wisdom as we interview potential employees.
6. For continued good health, safety and unity.
7. For BEL Fellowship, our English language church--that the Lord will provide a full-time pastor.
8. For the ICC orphanage children--for adoptive parents for the children or that their own parents will take them home and love them and care for them. We haven't been out there yet, and don't know when we'll have time to start going again.
9. That God will raise up more missionaries to work with us in Romania. We need people with medical training, clinic organization and management skills, Christian counseling and evangelism skills as well as other skills.
10. For the country of Romania: 1) that the leaders and the people will rediscover the meaning of integrity, 2) against the spirits of deception, self-deception and corruption that are so dominant in this country, and 3) for a revival in the church in Romania, especially among the men, for their hearts and their minds.
