Prayers - November 2001
ANSWERED PRAYERS
- Praise that the work on the sterilization rooms is progressing!
- Praise that the work on the front gate and fence is almost done!
- Praise that Linda's asthma has cleared up!
- Praise for God's continued provision for the clinic project's financial
needs!
- Praise that we received our invitations to take the citizenship oath, and
presumably will receive new invitations in the near future!
- Praise that we were able to celebrate Flori's 9th birthday with his
family last week. Flori is the child who drank caustic soda at age 15
months, and was dying when Milt first met him in September, 7 years ago.
- Praise for continued safety, unity and good health!
PRAYER REQUESTS
- For continued wisdom and guidance for President Bush and other world
leaders as they continue to make decisions during this war on the terrorists.
- That the remainder of the necessary work on the clinic will be finished
promptly.
- That Sanepid will approve our clinic after the sterilization rooms are
finished.
- That the Pompieri (Fire Dept.) will approve our clinic without the fire
resistant doors--perhaps with fire extinguishers mounted near each door.
- That the office of Omologare will approve the equipment that has been
donated to us from the U.S. We will have to pay $50-$100 for each type of
equipment that we wish to have verified. This even includes thermometers and
blood pressure cuffs, so probably we're not going to use the thermometers we
brought!
- That the Family Medicine course starting this Friday will be very useful
for the participants and will help us to become better known in the medical
community as well.
- That we will be able to finish the citizenship process by the end of the
year.
- For us to have the time and energy to be able to do the rest of the work,
with the help of our friends. Also, for wisdom as we interview potential
employees.
